Who Told You?

Jul 26, 2020

I’m not letting any thought through my mind that goes against what I know to be true about God.

Winning the battle in the mind is a major part of walking in freedom in Christ. When we know the truth of God’s Word, we are equipped to recognize the lies of the enemy. Winning the battle in the mind is a repeating cycle: we repent (change the way we think), renew our mind (with Scripture), and remember God’s faithfulness. When our minds are in alignment with the Kingdom of God, we are able to hear Him more clearly and are unhindered from walking in God’s will and His ways to transform the world around us for His glory.
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
Romans 12:1-2 NKJV
